    Deftones are an American alternative metal band from Sacramento, California, founded in 1988. The band consists of Chino Moreno (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Stephen Carpenter (lead guitar), Frank Delgado (keyboards and turntables), Abe Cunningham (drums and percussion) and Sergio Vega (bass). The group's original bassist was Chi Cheng, whose time with the band ended after he became comatose from a 2008 car accident and died in 2013. Deftones have released seven albums to date, with three platinum (Adrenaline, Around the Fur, White Pony) and one gold certification (for Deftones).

Leeroy Thornhill (dancer and occasional live keyboardist) was a member of the band from 1990 to 2000, as was a female dancer and vocalist called Sharky who left the group during their early period.

    The Wreckers were an American country duo formed in 2005 by Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp, both of whom had solo recordings before the duo's foundation. In 2006, the duo released its debut album Stand Still, Look Pretty, which produced a Number One single on the Billboard Hot Country Songs in its lead-off single "Leave the Pieces." The album accounted for a Top Ten hit on the same chart in "My, Oh My" as well. After its release, both Branch and Harp returned to being solo singers. Harp has since had Top 40 country success of her own with the single "Boy Like Me".

They are also an adept reggae band, while later recordings featured elements of other genres like funk, heavy metal, hip hop and soul. Bad Brains are followers of the Rastafari movement.

They broke up in 2006 after an eleven-year run, but reformed in California 2008 with a new lineup, featuring their original singer and a few new members, for a "final tour". On March 23rd it was announced that the original lineup of Mest (Tony Lovato, Jeremiah Rangel, Matt Lovato, and Nick Gilger) would be getting back together. It was announced that they were going to play a reunion show at the House of Blues Anaheim. A Reunion Tour is currently in the works.
